Risk of Loss
The risk of loss for the goods shipped is assumed by Micro-Air until they are picked up by the carrier chosen by the Purchaser.

Upon leaving the offices of Micro-Air, the responsibility for any loss of goods transfers to the Purchaser, as the title of the goods is also transferred to the Purchaser at this point.

Lost packages are the responsibility of the Purchaser or their designated carrier.

The Purchaser will receive shipping information along with confirmation of carrier package pickup, allowing for direct tracking of shipments on carrier websites.

International Shipping
Micro-Air is not liable for any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable to orders.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, tariffs, and VAT set by the destination country. These additional charges are determined during customs clearance and are not included in the checkout price or shipping cost.

Micro-Air is not responsible for collecting and paying the applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes, such as sales tax or Value Added Tax (VAT), to the proper authorities.
